Future For Her was founded in 2020 by a Baldwin School student, Emily Zhang. As an entrepreneur passionate about business, she saw many inequalities in the Business world, and sought to combat them.

"As one of the few women in Business, there were really no resources available specifically tailored to help other women. I had to learn on my own, and many times, I would reach out to create opportunities and connections and would be rejected by the basis of my age. I created Future For Her to help that young female entrepreneur who feels alone. I wanted to give support to young girls, to teach and show them they can do anything they put their mind to."
